Don't get room 212 - you are right above the smoking area in front and any conversations around the ash tray will keep you awake! Plus the supply trucks unload right there in the a.m., and the noise from the front doors goes on all night! Noisiest hotel room I have stayed in for a while. Hotel seems to need a bit more updates, and the business center didn't have any way to print anything. The hot-tub was closed for repairs, and the pool had an green cast to it that was not something that I was willing to risk. Based on usage, no one else was willing either. Good things - food was nearby and the area felt pretty safe. Staff was friendly and accommodating - the cleaning crew was the nicest and friendliest I have encountered for a long time. Loved their cheery greeting and smiles in the morning! Front desk worked with me to try and get a couple of pages printed, but not luck as all the printers at the front desk were having problems. No printer in the business center. Nice people, will stay again.

Safe area. Many good restaurants, mall, and target nearby. Easy parking and easy access to highways. Front desk, house cleaners, and breakfast staff are all friendly. The rooms stink--I checked out 3; I met someone else who checked 4! Obviously they allow smoking. Carpet in one room was torn. Mold on another bathroom ceiling. Almost average breakfast.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting, facilities were none existent, staff were non english speaking and the location was bad, you needed a degree in navigation to even get to the place. No bar, No restaurant, pool was a puddle.

Danial was amazing he helped me get a valuable item left behind. He is the epitome of good costumer service. We had a great breakfast with coffee. I enjoyed the great service offered at the the Hampton Inn Houston.

I won’t be going back to this hotel. I walked in and felt welcomed, thinking it was going to be a great night. Kids ran the halls all night and morning, I called the front desk and nothing was done about it. Matter of fact no one even came to confront the issue.
